This established programme is for those in specialist or generalist administrative and other academic-related roles (~ grades 7-9) who have been in post between 1 - 5 years eg Departmental/Faculty Administrators, Finance Officers, and UAS Administrative Officers, amongst others.

The programme comprises 6 days over 6 months and provides up to date information on University strategy and key issues in the following areas: governance, finance, learning and teaching, research, communications, HR, fundraising, IT and estates.  It offers a mix of skills development, knowledge transfer, a group project activity, networking opportunities and draws on the expertise of senior figures in the University.
