Secondments are a development activity. They help bridge the gap to the next role, thereby supporting professional development and career progression.
They increase the skills, experience and mobility of individuals within the University and support workforce and succession planning activity for departments.
Who is eligible?
- Individuals who are in an administrative role seeking an administrative secondment in order to develop their skills and knowledge and/or progress their career.
Not administrative staff?
