Explore the importance and impact of staff engagement, and how to apply models of motivation and engagement to develop commitment and creative positive relationships

Target group

Those who are new or aspiring to managing others (including managers, team leaders or supervisors) or equivalent (including managing services, small-scale projects, resources)

Those who currently have management responsibilities for others (including managers, team leaders or supervisors) or equivalent responsibilities (e.g. for managing services, projects, resources)

Those who have completed the ILM level 3 Award and/or Leadership Essentials or another introductory leadership development programme
