Self-match mentoring scheme for Professional Services staff

  • The idea behind this scheme is that mentoring relationships often work best if you find the person yourself, without an intermediary. It is a very personal thing. Mentees can search for possible mentors using Lookup. Mentors have added a short profile and tags for their areas of interest in Look Up. Once you have registered for the scheme, you are sent simple instructions for how to get started and find a mentor, together with lots of information about guidance and resources available to you to support your mentoring journey.
  • Self match mentoring scheme.
  • Contact Organisational Development, stating whether you wish to register as a mentee, a mentor, or both.
