Antonia leads on some of the professional development courses such as Coaching Skills for Managers, Developing Talent in your Team, Career Development for Professional Services Staff, Managing Change and the Senior Leadership Programme Level 1 (for aspiring Heads of Departments/Heads of Institutions). Antonia collaborates with other PPD colleagues on the delivery of various training and development programmes, such as:

- Induction for New Managers and Leaders
- Inclusive Leadership Programme
Antonia is passionate about enabling growth and development in people as well as supporting women to thrive in the organisation. She is also a co-chair of the Staff Development Forum’s Women in Leadership Special Interest Group.
