Resh leads on the Leadership Essentials programme and facilitates the Administrator Development Programme. Resh works closely with her colleagues in PPD in supporting the development and delivery of various training programmes, sessions and resources including the following:

- Staff Review and Development (Appraisal)
- Inclusive Leadership Programme
- Induction for New managers
- LinkedIn Learning
Resh has also hosted a series of podcasts related to leadership and management topics for the Leaders and Manager Network (LMN) and is a committee member of the Race Equality Network (REN).
